I struggled with balancing my hormones for years, and doctors had always told me to be on the pill as a quick fix without ever explaining any of the risks. It masked the symptoms of my PCOS for over 15 years, which only came to the forefront once I was trying to conceive. I ended up having children after enduring rounds of painful IVF, but the years of hormone treatments plus the normal challenges of being post-partum had taken such a toll on my body. I was overweight, fatigued, felt foggy all the time and really felt like I had hit bottom from a health care perspective even though I was only in my mid-30s.
With Kristin’s help, I was able to recover from my post-partum experience without going back on the pill. I went from having PCOS, non-predictable cycles, and re-current hormone-induced yeast infections to regular, pain-free periods and no more yeast infections. I also lost weight and have so much more energy to get through work and still have energy to be present and play with my kids at the end of the day.

I had struggled with symptoms of ulcerative colitis for over ten years, going on and off medications every few years to manage my symptoms.
